Actually not naked builders, but a good selection of 'building teams' each have their own specialisms and abilities.  We always hope the sun does shine!! and we can take off our comany shirts and get down to business.

Our relationships with our own three building teams allows us to negotiate the projects and explain our expectations far more easily, however we can work with any building company and will always recommend competitive quoting, but will also aim to ensure that the building company clearly specifies and costs the whole of the works.

So naked means, we expect there to be no hidden surprises, and that all the 'works' are included in the quote-hence we can limit extras!!-key to this is a clear and detailed set of drawings, supplied to them from which they can quote and fulfill the contract.
